Glenfarclas Advent Calendar: Day 5

So what’s behind door number 5? It’s the 12 year old. This is another single malt from Glenfarclas and it’s 43% vol.

A soft nose on this one. Caramel, honey and light woody scents and gentle spices. Quite a mouthful initially, sweet with cinnamon and slices of apple, but then seems a tad thin on the palate.

Quite a short finish but pleasant.
